Ingredients

• Each ml contains 200mg of organically grown Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis). It is a 1:5 root extract. 
• Non Medicinal Ingredients - 40% gluten-free grain alcohol and purified water, with organically grown licorice root as a natural flavour enhancer.

Recommended use

• Adults: Take 4ml on an empty stomach, 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.
