Description
Each softgel contains: Calcium (citrate, dibasic calcium phosphate, ascorbate, carbonate) 250 mg Magnesium (citrate, oxide) 125 mg Phosphorus (dibasic calcium phosphate) 62.5 mg Zinc (bisglycinate) 1.25 mg Boron (citrate) 0.75 mg Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 15 mg Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 6.25 mcg (250 IU) Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7 from Bacillus subtilis natto) 30 mcg Sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, purified water, beeswax yellow, silicon dioxide, flax seed oil, evening primrose oil, rice protein and natural mixed tocopherols.
DosageAdults: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
